Bitterroot Resources, Ltd., an exploration stage company, engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in the United States and Canada. The company's has an option to earn 75% interest in the 7,129 hectare Mineral Creek gold property located near Port Alberni, British Columbia; and a 100% interest in the 250-claim in the GK Property located east of the town of Beaverdell in south-central British Columbia. It also owns 14 claim blocks covering 6,030 hectares located in the Spences Bridge gold belt, as well as holds an option agreement covering the 2,290 hectare North Brenda molybdenum/copper/gold property in southwest British Columbia. In the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Bitterroot Resources has an option/joint venture agreement with Cameco Corporation to fund uranium exploration within a 780 square-mile area of interest, and owns mineral title interests covering approximately 363 square miles. The company also leases 1,800 acres of mineral rights from the state of Michigan and has been granted prospecting permits covering 1,960 acres of U.S. federal mineral rights. Bitterroot Resources is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
