Company Description

Bluerock Resources, Ltd. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of base metals, precious metals, and uranium properties in North America and Mongolia. It primarily explores for copper, lead, zinc, silver, gold, diamond, molybdenum, and uranium. The company has a 100% interest in Merritt property comprising Betty claims located 15 km west of Merritt, British Columbia; a 100% interest in Blue Grouse property, covering a 20 unit claim, located 20 km to the west of Campbell River; and a 100% interest in 3 claims comprising 550 hectares. The company also has an option agreement to acquire 100% interest in Camp Lake property located 150 kilometers southeast of the Holberg Inlet District; a 75% interest Skull Creek property, comprising 197 claims, covering approximately 3,940 acres, located in Colorado; and a 55% interest in Khavtsal property in Mongolia, as well as a 100% interest in Firefly Uranium Vanadium project, consisting 54 BLM claims, covering approximately 1,080 acres, situated in San Juan County, Utah. In addition, Bluerock Resources owns Mt. Washington property situated 20 km west of Courtenay, British Columbia. The company was incorporated in 1981 as Better Resources, Ltd. and changed its name to Bluerock Resources, Ltd. in 2005. Bluerock Resources is based in Vancouver, Canada.The company also has a 70% interest in the Gurvan Saihan Joint Venture; and nine exploration licenses, as well as an option to earn a 65% interest in 32 uranium exploration licenses in Mongolia. The company was incorporated in 1997 as International Uranium Corporation and changed its name to Denison Mines Corp. in December 2006. It is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
