Company Description

Copper Resources Corporation, through its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration and development of mineral properties, primarily copper. The company holds 92.5 % economic interest in the Hinoba-an Porphyry Copper project located in on the island of Negros, the Philippines. It also holds an option on the Haib project, a substantial low grade sulphide copper porphyry deposit, located in southern Namibia; and 75% interest in the Miniere de Musoshi et Kinsenda sarl, which holds three concessions in the south of the Katanga Province of Congo. The company was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
