Company Description

Donner Metals, Ltd. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Canada. The company's mineral properties comprise wholly owned mineral claims and interests in South Voisey Bay property in Labrador; and an option earn-in agreement in Rainbow nickel property in Nunavut, Canada. It also has an option to earn a 50% interest in Stephens Lake Property in northwest Manitoba. Donner Metals has an option and joint venture agreement with Falconbridge Limited for the joint exploration of the Matagami Mining Camp of Quebec for volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits. The company was incorporated in 2005 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
