Company Description

IGC Resources, Inc., an exploration stage company, engages in the exploration, development, and mining of gold, copper, and uranium prospects within Australia. Its properties include Blackburn Gold project, which comprises mineral tenements covering an area of approximately 340 square kilometers, as well as the Fraser Range Gold project, which comprises tenements covering an area of approximately 884 square kilometers located in the southern part of Western Australia. The company also holds 100% interest in the Narrows Claims, a gold, platinum, and palladium prospect, which consists of 23 units covering approximately 1.4 square miles located in the Shebandowan area of Ontario. Further, IGC Resources has interest in the Uaroo Uranium project covering approximately 400 square kilometers located in the West Pilbara region of Western Australia. The company was incorporated in 1992. It was formerly known as Green Ice Corporation and changed its name to International Green Ice, Inc. in 1999. Further, the company changed its name to IGC Resources, Inc. in 2004. IGC Resources is based in Summerland, Canada.
