Indophil Resources NL engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of gold and copper-gold opportunities in south east Asia. It holds interest in the Tampakan copper-gold Project that is located approximately 50km north of General Santos City, the southern Philippines island of Mindanao. This project contains 8.9 million tonnes of copper metal and 11.6 million ounces of gold. The company has 50% interest in Manat, 50-100% interest in Leyte, 100% interest in Labo, 100% interest in Buda, and 100% interest in Bunawan projects. As of December 31, 2005, its projects comprised five granted licenses and six tenement applications totaling approximately 708 sq km. The company was co-founded by Tony Robbins and Chris Middleton in 1996 and is based in Melbourne, Australia.
