As of December 31, 2005, it had proven and probable reserves, including 24.7 million ounces of gold and 24.4 million ounces of silver. The company sells its products to banks, bullion dealers, and refiners. It has joint venture with High River Gold Mines, Ltd. The company was founded in 1972 and is based in Toronto, Canada.
