Company Description

Klondike Gold Corp. engages in the acquisition of and mineral exploration for gold, silver, lead, and zinc in Canada. The company has interests in Cranbrook Claims, which include Panda Basin of the Moyie West Block that comprises the Payday, Payday North, and Irishman properties located in southeastern British Columbia; Fran Property, which is located at the north end of Moyie Lake; and Cold Creek area located 70 kilometers due south of the Sullivan mine. Its Cranbrook Claims also include Sawmill Creek, Midway property, Ash claims, Indigo property, Northern Hughes Range area, Eng property, and Spider Creek and Star prospect. Klondike Gold's properties also include Yukon properties located in the Dawson Mining District of the Yukon Territory, comprising 1200 ungranted quartz claims, 14 titled lots, and 300 placer claims; and GCR properties, which is located in Chapleau area of Ontario, comprising Chapleau Kimberlite project and Nicholson-Gratton property. The company was founded in 1981. It was formerly known as Arbor Resources, Inc. and changed its name to Klondike Gold Corp. in 1996. The company is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
