It also has an option to acquire 50% interest in the La Grande Est Property of Virginia Gold Mines and 51% interest in the Montclerg Property situated in Porcupine-Timmins mining camp in Ontario. In addition, the company holds an option to acquire 100% interest in the Canada and Durham-Gervais properties located approximately 20 kilometers west of Matheson in Ontario.
