Company Description

Orsa Ventures Corp. engages in the acquisition and exploration of precious and base metals projects in the People's Republic of China (PRC). The company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Yuan Mu Project, a copper, nickel, and platinum group project in the Yunnan province, the PRC. It also has a right to earn a 70% interest in Boka/Dong Chuan Gold Project located in Yunnan province, the PRC. The company was founded in 1998. It was formerly known as Conquistador Mines, Ltd. and changed its name to Western Platinum Holding, Ltd. in 2001. Further, the company changed its name to Orsa Ventures Corp. in 2002. Orsa Ventures is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
