Premium Exploration, Inc., an exploration stage company, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in North America. The company explores for gold resource properties. Its properties include 137 mining claims in the Montana property and the Cucurpe property. The company has options to acquire 100% interest in the La Guadalupe project that covers 564 hectares located northwest of the Jalisco state capital of Guadalajara, Mexico; and the San Pedro Analco project covering 1,136 hectares located northwest of Guadalajara. It also has an option to acquire a 100% interest in Nueva Galicia property. The company has a strategic alliance with Beartooth Platinum Corp. for the exploration of platinum, palladium, rhodium, copper, and nickel, as well as precious and base metal horizons at Chrome Mountain project located in Montana, the United States. The company was incorporated in 2004 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
