QGX also has joint venture agreement with Ivanhoe Mines, Ltd. to hold Shuteen property, which is located in approximately 120 kilometers to the NE of Oyu Tolgoi; and exploration prospects in the south Gobi desert of Mongolia, Kharmagtai, and Ovoot Hyar. Its other property includes Undur Tsagaan, a multimineral prospect located in the Khenti province, approximately 300 kilometers to the east of Ulaanbaatar. As of December 31, 2005, the company held 147 exploration licenses in Mongolia covering approximately 32,000 square kilometers.
