As of April 30, 2006, the company had a 100% interest in 12 claim blocks that included 169 claim units in the Confederation Lake area, Red Lake Mining Division, Northwestern Ontario, known as Red Lake Property. It also entered into a letter of intent with Intrepid Minerals Corporation to obtain an 80% direct interest in the Central Sweden Properties. These properties are metamorphosed strata bound base metal deposits, primarily silver-lead-zinc deposits. The company was formerly known as Golden Chief Resources, Inc. and changed its name to Roscan Minerals Corporation in 2004. Roscan Minerals is based in Toronto, Canada.
