In addition, the company has interests in Britannia West Property located near Woodfibre, B.C.; Adriana (McNab) Property near the headwaters of McNab Creek; Howe Copper Mine Property located on Mount Donaldson; and McCannel Lake Property on a mountainous ridge above upper Jervis Inlet. The company was incorporated as Federal Energy Corporation Limited in 1987 and changed its name to Glenhaven Resources, Inc. in 1997. Later, it changed its name to Glenhaven Minerals, Inc. in 1999 and to Glenhaven Ventures, Inc. in 2001. Further, the company changed its name to Red Lake Resources, Inc. in 2002 and to Silver Fields Resources, Inc. in June 2006. Silver Fields Resources is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
