Soltoro, Ltd. engages in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Mexico. It holds 100% title interest in the El Rayo project, a gold, silver, and lead mine, located adjacent to the town of Guachinango in the west-central state of Jalisco, Mexico. The company also holds interest in the 4,718 hectares Bacanora gold project, located in the east-central part of the state of Sonora, Mexico. In addition, it has 100% interest in the Gavilan prospect, a silver, lead, and zinc project, located in the San Joaquin mining district of the state of Queretaro, Mexico; and 22,760 hectares Quilla prospect located in the east-central part of the state of Sonora, Mexico. Further, the company holds 100% interest in the 11,592 hectares La Tortuga prospect, a copper and gold project, located in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. Soltoro is based in Toronto, Canada.
