Company Description

Universal Energy Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil and gas properties in Canada and the United States. It owns interest in Saturn I property covering an area of approximately 5,660 acres in the Williston basin in Daniels County, Montana. The company also has an agreement to purchase a 75% net working interest in Saturn II property covering an area of 1,040 acres of oil and gas leases located in the state of Montana. Universal Energy was incorporated in 1979. It was formerly known as U.S. Platinum, Inc. and changed its name to Universal Energy Corp. in 2005. Universal Energy is based in Vancouver, Canada.
