These four petitorios are divided into four properties that consist of the Radiante I, the Radiante II, and the Hilton, as well as the Voluptuosa I, II, and III, which are located in an area approximately 20 kilometers west of the town of Macusani in the District of Corani, Province of Carabaya, Department of Puno, Peru. The company also owns the Diamante-Los Patos property, which straddles the border of Salta and Catamarca provinces in north-western Argentina. This property consists of 4 exploration licenses, totaling 30,000 hectares and is located in the Puna region, approximately 175 kilometers southwest of the city of Salta. In addition, Wealth Minerals holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in a private Argentinean corporation, Madero Minerals S.A., which owns 20 separate parcels of land. The company was incorporated in 1994. It was formerly known as Triband Capital Corp. and changed its name to Triband Resource Corporation in 1996; and to Triband Enterprise Corp. in 2002. Later, the company changed its name to Wealth Minerals, Ltd. in 2004. Wealth Minerals is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
